We hit this place all the time. I can't believe I haven't reviewed it yet. So here are the points: Good food for a quick, cheap lunch or dinner The screaming kids and loud atmosphere can be annoying There is food on the floor. Managers walk around and they try to clean up, but between the kids, and volume of traffic in this place, I can see how it's difficult. Staff is always friendly, and quickly address any concerns. Cheap trick* sign in to FourSquare while dining, and show your server your check-in, you will get free chips and salsa. So Ultimately, it's A-Ok when we need to eat and don't have a craving for something specific or are feeding all six of us and want to keep the bill under $100.

Great service and fresh food....even the one in Santa Clara in California didn't win me but this one surely did. Very friendly staff and delicious food. Had the margarita grilled chicken and it came out just perfect!! Would dine in again.

One of my personal favorites right here. I come here for the chicken crispers, which are great, the Cajun chicken pasta which is also great and the fries here are good (but they don't give you alot). Love the ribs (dry rub), Monterrey chicken, and pretty much all the entrees. Drinks here are at a good price (however they are better places/options in that department). To me, from the texas cheese fries, to the cheese sticks, their is not a bad option at Chili's at all. Consistently good is what this place is.

We hadn't been to Chili's in a while and the new, expanded menu was a pleasant surprise. I really liked my combo of beef tostada and enchilada. The southwestern chicken soup was extra savory. Best of all, my wife pronounced the fajitas the best she's ever had. Bravo.

I've eaten at this location several times and can say that in terms of consistent food quality and service, it is a winner. Whether or not I am there for a drink and appetizer or with several friends for dinner, the wait staff is attentive and delightful. The recent remodel is great!

It's a decent Chili's, yes you're in a chain restaurant. No they don't use authentic ingredients, but if you wanted that you wouldn't be here. The margaritas are reliable, the chips are warm, the salsa is mild and the staff is friendly. I was surprised that the shredder chicken looked pleasantly trust worthy, and the use black beans!

I've been to Chili's multiple times. Service and food quality can be inconsistant. It's a great place to stop and get a meal when running errands on that side of Ann Arbor. The last time I ate at Chili's I was very impressed to see the little computer screens on all of the tables and seats in the bar that allow guests to order food and drinks via a computer as well as pay your bill, read the USA Today and play games! For $.99 you can play unlimited trivia, solitare, a tetris like game, Boggle, kids games, and more. As someone who eats out alone often, this is really cool! I was less impressed with the food. While the side salad was very good, the flatbread pizza was really bad. It was extremely underdone. Chili's has a wide variety of menu options (salads, chicken, burgers, sandwiches etc). I would recommend!

Pretty consistent chili's. It's always busy but the wait isn't ever that bad. Friendly wait-staff. Typical chain restaurant food quality. You won't be disappointed if you go in with the right expectations.

The place is clean I loved the food The server was great and amazing They will serve like you are in a 5 star restaurant My only negative point is the portion for the fajita was very small comparing to another branch Definitely i will go again

I haven't been to a Chili's in a while and after this I might just come back. We sat at the bar and were met by our bartender immediately. Our orders were taken quickly and while we had to wait for a new keg, we were served right away. Food was delicious and fresh. Chips were hot and the guacamole was tasty. The quesadilla is HUGE and I loved the ranch sauce along with the chicken and bacon.

Dirty Floors - will not eat here again. Went with a friend there for lunch. The wait staff was awesome - BUT this join is DIRTY. the gaps in the floors tiles are covered in muck - gross. A lot of more options in the area. Food was A-OK. Will not go back! Sorry......

Tex Mex chain, but this place is starting to nickel and dime in annoying ways - the chips and salsa are $2.99 extra, beans and rice with your fajita is an extra price addition. Prices for drinks were nowhere to be found on the menus, but it turns out that a standard no frills margarita is $7.98, steep for no name tequila and not that good a drink. Beef fajita was OK, but the tortillas taste and felt like they were straight out of plastic bag from the grocery store, thick, dry and cold. Service was slow and not particularly helpful or well trained.

I normally don't review chains, but we had great service here and an overall good experience. The host took a while to come to the station--they had been swamped with several large groups right before our arrival--and told us there'd be a 10-15 minute wait. We were given a table around that time, and were told our server would take a few minutes to get to us because they were so busy. I appreciated the heads-up and apology, and that the employees were all clearly doing their best to deal with some attention-hungry customers. Once our server arrived and took the order, the food only took about 5 minutes to arrive, and was better than i remembered Chili's-type food being. finally, the place was immaculately clean, and discounts were offered for the wait and because I was a student.
All in all, we had a positive experience last night at dinner time. We had to wait a couple minutes to be seated because there was no host/hostess at their station. I found this a bit irksome, but as they were busy seating other patrons at the time, I didn't hold it against them. That is their job, after all. Once seated, it took several minutes for our waiter to arrive. They weren't horribly busy, so we were dismayed by the wait. When he finally arrived, he turned out to be a very pleasant and likable man. We ordered fresh coffees as our beverages (we always insist on fresh), and he brought them to us after an acceptable wait (it had to brew, after all.) He also didn't rush us on our order- he gave us additional time without sneering at us. In the end, we decided we only had appetite to split a Triple Dipper Combo. We wanted cheese sticks, which aren't listed as an option for the combo anymore, so we asked our waiter if it was possible to have them. He said they could do it. I was completely surprised by this- we'd eaten at another location and the waitstaff there said it wasn't possible! With the cheese sticks, we ordered the Southwestern Eggrolls and the Boneless Buffalo Wings, substituting Ranch for the Bleu Cheese dressing. Our food arrived promptly (really now, it doesn't take much to prepare a sampler combo- a bit of time in the deep-fryer, a toss in the sauce for the wings, add on the dippers and celery garnish..) Everything was hot, cooked through, and tasted as it should. Given what we ordered, I can't say it was spectacular (I do prefer TGI Friday's cheese sticks over Chili's for some reason, and Chili's buffalo sauce was very spicy), but it was comforting and hit the spot. We had no problems obtaining coffee refills. Our waiter was very attentive and kept close eye on our mugs. He didn't try to pressure us into dessert, either, which was something for which we were both grateful. We'll definitely be back, and asking for our waiter again- Romeo. :)

Went there with friends recently. There was a wait but than again it was the weekend. I would hope people anticipate there will be a wait on the weekend as most restaurants are busy. Waiter was very nice to us and always coming back to check on us. It had been a while since most of us had been to Chili's. With that said, the food was good, hot, flavored, and nice proportions. There was was 5 of us, and we had no issues with 2/2 splitting the 2 for $20 and one going solo. If you like seafood the Fried Shrimp was yummy and came with fries, my friends ordered the Bacon Ranch Chicken Quesadillas and they said it was very good and I noticed you got a nice serving of them. My twin and I ordered the Half Order of Texas Cheese Fries and they were very good.

My boyfriend and I went out to dinner this past Saturday here. It was one of the best dining experiences I've had in a long time! The hostesses sat us immediately, and our food came out with little wait time. We got the 2 for $35 deal - 2 margaritas, an appetizer, two full entrees, and a dessert, and it was not only delicious, but a GREAT deal. The dessert - their new skillet chocolate chip cookie - was to die for. Our server (whose name I'm blanking on...) was attentive and funny, and kept our waters filled and our table cleared. Overall great service, I highly recommend this place to eat.

Great Chips, but everything else is mediocre. Their chips are real thin, which makes them crunchy and you even get a few double/triple chips that are always first to go! The queso skillet is also a must have with the chips. Great place if you are low on sodium and have a hankering for spongy, greasy fried food. If you order anything that has salt, please order it without salt or you will be overwhelmed - just put your own on and don't worry about it sticking as the food at this place is extra greasy. It is almost like their fryer is not quite set at the right temperature. I really was tempted to send most everything fried back, but my boy took a bite of his chicken finger, spit it out, and tossed the tray so I really didn't have much to say after that! My salad and burger were both okay, but not up to Red Robin flavor standards which is what I had in my mind when ordering. I should have gone for the ribs which looked great at the table next to me. This particular location only has a couple of areas for high chairs, so be prepared to wait if you have little ones. The bathroom had alot of paper towels and toilet paper around on the floor, so much that I was nervous about leaving the restroom with something stuck to my shoe, which has happened to me in the past while on a date Lol! Will I go back? - only on another kids eat free night and if i'm right in the shopping center by accident. I would have given it three stars, but had to include a negative one star for my boy's vote.

Ok, ok. I *totally* should have known better. I blame my decision to eat here a few months ago purely on a temporary lapse of judgement due to low blood sugar. I had been at the craft store way too long. Everything was starting to mush together into one giant colorful craft-world. And I was hungry. Ridiculously, gnawingly, I've-forgotten-to-eat-all-day hungry. And chicken fingers sounded like the best thing in the world. Who can screw up chicken tenders, right?! Granted, if I had gone to ABC for some truly tender, free range chicken fingers, they probably would have hit the spot. But no, I had to waste my money at Chili's. Because. It. Was. Right. There. They got me my food quickly, I give them that. However, the texture of almost everything on my plate seemed the result of an overzealous microwave. The chicken was chewy and rubbery with just a little bit of gristly texture thrown in for good measure. I was so disgusted, despite my hunger I couldn't even finish. And I didn't dare order chicken anything for about a month after. That's right kids, the texture was so disgusting, I almost... almost... reverted back to vegetarianism. I learned the hard way not to make blood-sugar-crash food decisions. Now I keep some trail mix in my car. Word to the wise: do the same.

Everyone knows what to expect from the food, so I won't even go there. I will say that the service here has always been excellent (even my mom is impressed). If you want a tasty margarita, some chips and guac, or some chicken fajitas and friendly service is important to you, this particular Chili's is generally a safe bet.

When I lived in central Illinois, and the kids in the dorm were trying to decide where to go for dinner, we pretty much flipped a (three-sided?) coin to choose from TGI Fridays, Chili's, and Bennigan's. SK is a nacho aficionado, so we almost always wound up at Chili's. These days, I usually try to convince myself (and others) that I'm too cool for Chili's. I hadn't been since last February, and now I've been twice in a month. With so many local, tasty, non-chainy places to eat, why, you might ask, do we bother coming here? Well, to start, gift cards. Also, $4 margaritas. And the appetizer +2 entrees+dessert for $20 deal (which most of the all-American chains are offering some version of these days). No, there's nothing here that's really spectacular or interesting or authentic (well, authentic what?). But you know what to expect, and you get it...and it's pretty tasty. And we leave with our bellies AND our wallets full. Chil's isn't my first choice, but it's predictable, familiar food, and when you can feed 2 adults for $20 (or, you know, for free), it's worth remembering that it exists.

Very dirty, slow service. Rest rooms were dirty. The serving station had a bucket that had spilled onto the floor. The kitchen was visible on the way to the rest room and from what I could see was also dirty.

Queso dip is awesome. The chicken club wrap was delicious. Drink prices are a little ridiculous for what you get, but margaritas were decent. Obviously you know what to expect from a chain resturaunt, but if you are undecided and want a good place to chow, I recommend it. Also noticed 10% off for students with ID which is always promising for a younger crowd.

I went to chili's with my grandmother and mother. My mom and i split the 2 for 20, and i got steak fajitas (for an added charge) which i get every single time. The fajitas came out and looked a little odd but i didn't think anything of it. I tried a bite of the steak by itself and noticed it tasted different, but thought maybe it was me. That was when i really noticed the taste issue. The steak was very rubbery, very fatty, and just tasted like fat. I told the server who got the manager. That is when this story goes wrong. His name is Chad, and he came over and i explained what was wrong with the meat. He said okay, do you want to take this home? and i said no. He further asked did i want to take it to my dog and i said no if i won't eat it i won't let my dogs eat it. He turned very red, and started getting confrontational. He said there is another manager you can talk to and stormed off. The server came back and we mentioned to her what happened. Chad came back out again and apologized. But he wouldnt go away from the table and started saying rude things to my mom. He got mad and stormed off. Very unprofessional, i will be telling everyone i know about my experience. I also did not replace my food because who knows what this guy would do to it.

If you enjoy Taco Tuesday, then you have officially fallen in love with the Mexican Food. The main grain of Mexican cuisine is maize. Also known as corn, maize is grown for the past 9000 years after the crop was discovered by the people in Mayan civilization. Mexican empire flourished when they started growing beans, tomatoes, chili pepper, sweet potato and cactus. Till this date these ingredients are used in cooking authentic Mexican dishes and drinks.
Great use of spices, fresh chili pepper dishes like fajitas, tortilla chips, corn chips, salsa, chimichangas, burritos, nachos and quesadillas are invented in America. But when you are looking for authentic Mexican food then you must find a restaurant in the city that serves Rajas con Queso, Garbanzo in a Guajillo Chile Sauce, Pork Filled Chiles Rellenos, Chiles en Nogada, Molcajete Salsa, Pico de Gallo and Frijoles de la Olla. An eye-opening fact – Mexican don't like their food hot. They use fresh chili and other spices to create a flavor that lingers in your mouth.
Mexican food is great for those who are Gluten Intolerant as they use Corn instead of wheat in most of their dishes. Also, you can easily find many beans based Mexican dishes. Another dish which didn't get similar glory as tacos or nachos is the Mexican hot chocolate. If you love something hot on a chilly day, then go for Mexican Hot Chocolate. On merry days, you can enjoy the authentic Mexican Drinks like Tequila, Mezcal, Tecuí, Sotol, Bacanora, Charanda, Posh O Pox, Puebla and Pulque. Mexican Cuisine is for people who enjoy strong drinks and hearty meals.

My fiancé and I went to have a quick lunch at Chili's before an appointment we had. It took quite a long time to be seated and to get a table during the lunch hour. We told the waitress shortly after being seated that we were in a hurry. She did everything that she could to make sure our service was fast. However the kitchen was running behind. What impressed me the most is that the waitress apologized and said that she was going to get the manager to help address the situation. The manager came over and apologized as well and he ended up giving us a discount on our meal. Clearly he went above and beyond in the situation. I was so impressed with the level of customer service. This is the place to go because clearly the management cares about a good experience for the customers even during the busiest time of the day. Kudos Chili's.
